Dear Ambassador,
It has come to my attention that Boyd Graves is suing the American Government for wilful and calculated manufacture of the aids virus, that its escape from a laboratory was not the result of accident or carelessness, but a wilful act of war by the American Government against the unsuspecting and hapless people of Africa. This act of war is a heinous one and a war crime, since the people of Africa did not know you were at war with them, furthermore this act of war was perpetrated in a particularly treacherous way through the health programme of the United Nations.
Words cannot describe the shame and horror I feel on your behalf at this cowardly act of pure evil.
Furthermore I'd like to draw to your attention to the erosion of the rights and liberty of the American People, which once seemed so strong, and now appear to be being eroded daily by some dark hidden power. I refer not only to the draconian powers of FEMA, but also to the strange way you did not rescue your own people after hurricane Andrew; how your government lied to the world about the number of casualties and devastation in South Dade County, Florida; how thousands of them lost their lives; how the police came in and collected the dead bodies; how medical assistance was refuse to survivors and how these deaths were not registered, leaving Dade County wih ghostly "floating voters". The United States Government evacuated Homestead Air Force Base just before the hurricane struck, but never informed the civilians of South Dade of their danger.
Furthermore I would like to complain at the abuse of your electoral system clearly demonstrated by the number of spoiled papers being higher in areas of different ethnicity showing a manipulation of the vote.
As if this wasn't enough, I have to add that the eyes of the world are looking at the extraordinary number of missing children and people in America and the potential human rights violation looming due to the terrifying number of concentration camps being built in America [see : GULAG AMERIKA Homepage US Detention Camps and the obscene number of prison transport vehicles being built by Gunderson Steel Fabrication, North Portland, complete with shackles, enough of them to transport 15,000,000 people, 107,200 full length rail cars each with 143 pairs of shackles, and 11 other subcontractors building more.
All of which leaves you, I think, well ahead in the violation of human rights, worldwide.
